Our Philosophy 

Flame and Flow was created by industry leading fire performer and spinning instructor Shananigans, to allow existing and aspiring performers a platform to learn and refine their skills with props such as short swords and double staffs, all from the comfort of their own home.

Flame and flow aims to be an ever expanding library of tutorials and classes and be the go to place for a performer to learn a new prop, with classes from industry leading instructors, so lets get spinning!
